EASY

The digital system Danish employers must use to report work accidents to the Working Environment Authority and Labour Market Insurance. EASY is accessed via Virk.dk using the company's MitID Erhverv, and a single report is automatically routed to the relevant authorities and, where applicable, the insurer. Reporting through EASY is mandatory — paper forms are not accepted. It is good practice to record the facts of the accident internally right away, so the EASY report can be completed correctly within the deadline.
