Action plan

The written plan in the workplace risk assessment describing how the company will solve the problems the mapping has uncovered. For each issue the plan must state what will be done, who is responsible, and when it must be resolved. The action plan is a legal requirement — a risk assessment without one is incomplete. Follow-up is also required, so the company can document that the measures were actually implemented and work.
